🇦🇺 What is Onam and am I invited?

Onam is the annual 'Harvest' Festival' of our Southern Indian home state, Kerala. It's a time when we all come together, no matter our background or religion to enjoy a epic banana leaf feast (an Onam Sadya)  and celebrate with mates. It's sorta like our Christmas! And you're most definitely invited!

What's on our Onam Sadya?

An Onam Sadyha is a fresh banana leaf piled high with traditional vegetarian curries.  On our Sadyha you'll find-  Sambar, Perripu, Moru, Puliserri, Pineapple Pachadi, Beetroot Pachadi, Cabbage thoran, Avial, Olan, Mezhukkupuratti, Kalan, Banana chips, Upperi, Mango Pickle, Lime Pickle, Inji curry, Vermecelli payasam, channda daal payasam and matta rice. We strongly recommend you ditch the cutlery and enjoy with your fingers, it's all part of the experience. 

Optional sides available: Fish Fry / Chicken Fry / Beef Fry
Optional drinks: Filter coffee / Chai / Lassi / Kallu / Fresh coconuts / Bar drinks
